Steven founded DTWO Consulting in 2024 with a passion for helping others and driving value-added results to the government. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned his MBA at the University of Maryland. He spent 10 years as a Naval Aviator, flying the MH-60S and serving two deployments in the FIFTH Fleet. He continues to serve as a Reservist in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASN M&RA). Awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, and various other personal awards and citations. He was also the winner of the inaugural DoD 2040 Task Force (D2T) innovation challenge and named to the 2016 class of "Top 40 Under 40 Military" for outstanding leadership and community involvement. He led Sales teams in the private sector, providing digital HR transformation and workforce development solutions to the government. He is also a volunteer Career Readiness Coach for fellow veterans as they transition from active duty.
